We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our dear friend, colleague and Peruvian Principal Investigator Luis Repetto Málaga. On behalf of the Museums, Galleries and Collections Insitute (MGCI), School of Art History, the University of St Andrews, the EU-LAC-MUSEUMS project and our institutions we extend our deepest sympathies and condolences to his family, the Peruvian community-based museums involved with Luis and the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) research team. Luis will be greatly missed by our consortium for his talent, passion, humour and friendship. He was a Peruvian national and international legend in the museum, culture and heritage field, and has been taken too soon.
